Mr. Shallcross more than understands equine law. With wife Margo, a horse show judge, pictured at right showing "The Black Stallion," he lives it. His daughter Nicole served as captain of the Oklahoma State University Equestrian Team.
Mr. Shallcross's participation with the renowned San Antonio Livestock Exhibition has included chairing the International Committee. In addition, he has served at the University of Texas Law School as a Lecturer in Equine Law.
